Mot grec pour descente, KATABASIS, le trajet vers le bas, est l’histoire d’une femme qui affronte le décès de son père,. Du début à la fin, on suit ces deux personnages qui se revêtent des visages différents, afin de renégocier leur rôle l’un en face de l’autre.
Le passage du deuil de la femme pour son père se transforme au passage initiatique du dernier en tant qu’Initié aux Mystères d’Éleusis, une métaphore visuelle qui permet à la fois l’affrontement de ces deux personnages ainsi que le besoin d’accomplir chacun son voyage personnel.
