This is just the license key for Kids Picture Viewer app.
This will allow you to view unlimited pictures on Kids Picture Viewer app, the free version, that only allows 10 images.
This does not contain the main free app. Please download the main app for free from:

If you like Kids Place Picture Viewer and would like to support development and view unlimited images than please purchase this app.
Once you download this app, Kids Picture Viewer would detect the presence of this app and would let you play unlimited images. Please exit Kids Picture Viewer app and start again for licensing to take effect if it does not work automatically.
Please note that to avoid cluttering your device, this app would not show up in your launcher screen or app.
