Kemajuan teknologi khususnya semakin meluasnya cakupan internet membuat kita semakin mudah mendapatkan informasi. Salah satu yang paling terasa adalah semakin banyak pengguna smartphone, oleh karena itu kami membuat aplikasi Kitab Tasawuf agar dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan bagi kita semua.
Isi dari aplikasi ini yaitu mengenai Pembahasan tentang akidah hulûl dan wahdah al-wujûd tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kajian tasawuf. Karena segala aspek yang terkait dengan dua akidah tersebut biasanya timbul dalam wilayah tasawuf. Di dalam tasawuf, kaum sufi itu sendiri pada dasarnya terbagi kepada dua bagian; kaum sufi sejati (ash-Shûfiyyah al-Muhaqqiqûn) dan kaum sufi gadungan (Ghair al-Muhaqqiqîn). Pembagian semacam ini umumnya juga berlaku pada disiplin keilmuan atau komunitas lainnya. Realitas inilah yang mendorong salah seorang sufi besar di masanya, yaitu al-Hâfizh Abu Nu’aim menuliskan sebuah karya besar tentang biografi kaum sufi sejati dengan ajaran-ajarannya yang berjudul Hilyah al-Auliyâ’ Fî Thabaqât al-Ashfiyâ’. Hal ini sebagaimana diungkapkan oleh beliau sendiri di permulaan kitab tersebut bahwa yang mendorongnya menuliskan kitab ini adalah untuk membedakan antara kaum sufi sejati dan kaum sufi gadungan. Bahkan Ungkapan-ungkapan al-Hâfizh Abu Nu’aim dalam menyerang kaum sufi gadungan cukup keras. Beliau menamakan mereka sebagai orang-orang pemalas, karena tidak sedikit dari mereka adalah orang-orang mulhid berakidah hulûl, ittihâd atau kaum Ibâhiyyah (kaum yang menghalalkan segala sesuatu). Beliau juga mengatakan bahwa menyebutkan kesesatan-kesesatan kaum sufi gadungan dan menghindarkan diri dari mereka adalah kewajiban yang telah dibebankan oleh syari’at atas setiap orang muslim. Karena hanya dengan demikian kemurnian ajaran Islam dapat terjaga. Juga hanya dengan cara ini, orang-orang yang saleh dari para wali Allah dapat diposisikan secara proporsional dengan tidak mencapuradukan antara mereka dengan kaum sufi gadungan yang notabene orang-orang sesat.
