The Kyan Health app is the first Swiss mental well-being app providing integrated, fully-personalised, evidence-based mental health support for employees and their families. Our app has been developed by a team of mental health experts with clinical and research experience, following a Blended Care approach that combines the benefits of live counselling with digital self-care tools and resources.

The Kyan Health app provides access to a global team of 80+ coaches and psychologists fluent in more than 40 languages. Using our proprietary algorithm, we connect you with the professional who aligns the most with your unique needs and preferences:
- Our psychologists can help you address specific challenges such as preventing burnout, managing persistent low mood or navigating difficult periods in life.
- Our coaches specialise in supporting you in the pursuit of self-improvement and achieving specific goals, such as dealing with moments of change or increasing self-confidence.
We also provide emergency assistance available 24/7 through our Crisis Intervention Hotline in German and English.
Meditation & Self-Care 🤗
Available in English, French, German, and Spanish, our app offers a variety of tools and features to help you develop sustainable self-care habits and take care of your well-being. Here are some of our key features:
- Validated self-assessments to help you gain insight into various aspects of your well-being and a deeper understanding of your mental health.
