Qué Hacemos?
Para nosotros es muy especial poder traer a México, uno de los productos mas tradicionales y emblemáticos de la gastronomía Colombiana, las Arepas, las cuales son hechas a base de harina de maíz y
queso, de forma circular y semi-aplanada.
En muchas ocasiones nunca faltan en la mesa para montar, rellenar, acompañar y combinar con diversos ingredientes, transformándola en parte esencial de nuestra comida.
Quisimos traer también nuestros Patacones que combinan el sabor, la alegría y la magia del Caribe Colombiano. Son de plátano macho verde, aplanados y fritos, que se pueden comer solos o acompañados de diferentes salsas, carnes, mariscos, quesos y muchos ingredientes más.
En la Arepería le hemos adicionado un toque especial, fusionándola con sabores e ingredientes muy tradicionales de la comida mexicana, dando como resultado un sabor inolvidable!!.
