AfganSyahreza lahir di Jakarta, 27 Mei 1989, Penyanyi berdarah Minangkabau ini Anak kedua dari empat bersaudara pasangan Lola Purnama dan Loyd Yahya. ia merilis debut albumnya berjudul Confession No.1 di bulan Januari 2008.
Afgan dibesarkan di tengah keluarga yang suka menikmati musik. Bahkan sejak di bangku sekolah menengah sudah sering didaulat untuk menyanyi meskipun selalu ditampiknya karena malu.
Kariernya diawali ketika bersama teman-temannya berkunjung ke WannaB Instant Recording Studio. Di studio ini mereka menyanyi dan merekamnya dalam CD untuk koleksi pribadi. Di luar dugaan ternyata Afgan terpantau oleh Produser WannaB Music Production yang langsung menawarinya rekaman.
Awalnya ia sempat ragu tapi akhirnya menerima juga dan ia langsung masuk dapur rekaman. berikut lagu yang dinyanyikannya :

AfganSyahreza born in Jakarta, May 27, 1989, Singer's bloody Minangkabau second child of four brothers pair Lola Purnama and Loyd Yahya. he released his debut album titled Confessions 1 in January 2008.
Afgan grew up in a family that likes to enjoy the music. In fact, since in high school had often asked to sing though always ditampiknya embarrassment.
His career started when with his friends been to WannaB Instant Recording Studio. They sing in the studio and record it in a CD collection. Unexpectedly, Afgan monitored by WannaB Producer Music Production which offered direct recording.
Initially, he was hesitant but eventually received well and he went straight into the studio. sang the following song:
