Pance Frans Pondaag (lahir di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, 18 Februari 1951 - meninggal di Jakarta, 3 Juni 2010 pada umur 59 tahun) adalah seorang penyanyi dan pencipta lagu asal Indonesia.
Pada tahun 1980-an Pance mengorbitkan penyanyi-penyanyi seperti Dian Piesesha, Maya Rumantir dan Meriam Bellina. Di rumahnya ia mendirikan studio "Flower Sound". Pada tahun 1978 Hetty Koes Endang menyayikan lagu ciptaannya "Lahir Lagi Satu" meraih juara 1 Tingkat Nasional.
