PSS Sleman Merupakan sebuah klub Liga Indonesia yang ber home base di kota Sleman, Yogyakarta. PSS Sleman sendiri bermarkas di stadion maguwoharjo sleman,
PSS Sleman merupakan sebuah klub yang berdiri pada tahun 1976 tepatnya pada tanggal 20 Mei pada tahun tersebut.
PSS Sleman sempat masuk 4 besar klasemen akhir divisi utama Liga Indonesia pada musim 2003 dan 2004 yang pada saat itu divisi utama masih menjadi kasta tertinggi sepak bola Indonesia,
setelahnya PSS Sleman hanya menjadi tim penghuni papan tengah sampai pada musim 2007 sebelum ISL resmi digulirkan pada musim berikutnya dan divisi utama tidak lagi menjadi kasta kompetisi tertinggi liga Indonesia,
sedangkan PSS Sleman pada musim 2007 menempati posisi ke 12 dan tidak berhak naik ke ISL sampai dengan musim 2017 PSS Sleman masih bermain di divisi utama liga Indonesia .
Baru pada musim 2013 pada saat PSSI berpolemik dan kompetisi divisi utama terbagi jadi 2 kubu PSS Sleman berhasil keluar jadi juara umum.
PSS Sleman mempunyai basis supporter yang sangat besar yaitu BCS dan Slemania,
BCS sendiri sempat mendapat penghargaan supporter terbaik dengan koreo dan kreativitasnya yang sangat bagus.
