Tarling merupakan kesenian khas dari wilayah pesisir timur laut Jawa Barat (Indramayu-Cirebon dan sekitarnya). Bentuk kesenian ini pada dasarnya adalah pertunjukan musik, namun disertai dengan drama pendek. Nama "tarling" diambil dari singkatan dua alat musik dominan: gitar akuistik dan suling. Selain kedua instrumen ini, terdapat pula sejumlah perkusi, saron, kempul, dan gong.
