How about sending bulk emails to tenants? Yep, this app does that as well and you can use any of the standard communication templates create through the web app. Your fingers will never be so happy! Forget typing long emails on your mobile device, just select a template from the list and tap a button! The system will perform an email merge and send the template letter to all the tenants you selected, oh, and its all stored, saved, and backed up in your web app as well!
WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE:
Work orders in the field are an absolute breeze! Take pictures, add them to work orders, include unlimited line items such as labor costs, or material costs to the work order, and email work orders in PDF form right from your mobile device! All pictures on the work order will be printed out and displayed on the PDF for easy viewing. Work orders created on the mobile device are immediately available in the web app as well, so back end administrators can view/edit the work orders, etc.
