I've made a compilation of screens that run on Android Wear, letting you switch between different faces, as well as overlays to show the time/date/stardate.
In the config screen, use Prev\Next Face to change the background watchface, Prev\Next Time to change the foreground overlay. If you have selected the picture watchface, use Prev\Next Pic to change the picture used.
