Les sept Pater Noster de Sainte Brigitte (Dévotion)
Le Divin Sauveur révéla à sainte Brigitte la promesse suivante : "Sachez que j'accorderai à ceux qui réciteront, pendant douze ans, sept Notre Père et sept je vous salue Marie et les prières suivantes en l'honneur de mon Précieux Sang, les cinq grâces suivantes :
- 1. Ils n'iront pas en Purgatoire.
- 2. Je les compterai au nombre des Martyrs, comme s'ils avaient versé leur sang pour la foi.
- 3. Je conserverai en état de grâce sanctifiante l'âme de trois de leurs parents, au choix.
- 4. Les âmes de leur parenté, jusqu'à la quatrième génération, éviteront l'Enfer.
- 5. Ils connaîtront la date de leur mort un mois avant. S'ils devaient mourir avant, je considère la chose acquise, comme s'ils avaient rempli toutes les conditions.”
Le Pape Innocent X a confirmé cette révélation et a ajouté que les âmes qui s'en acquittent libèrent, chaque Vendredi-Saint, une âme du Purgatoire.
Cette dévotion a été approuvée par le Pape Clément XII en 1738 et recommandée par la Sainte Congrégation du Sacré-Collège de Propagande pour la Foi.

Prière
Ô Jésus, je veux maintenant réciter sept fois le Pater Noster, en union du même amour par lequel cette prière a sanctifié et adouci votre Cœur. Prenez-la de mes lèvres en votre Divin Cœur. Corrigez-la et perfectionnez-la, afin quelle apporte autant d'honneur et de joie en la Sainte Trinité que Vous nous en avez démontré sur la terre. Cette prière devrait submerger votre Sainte Humanité pour glorifier vos Saintes Plaies et le Précieux Sang qui s'en est écoulé. Amen !
1. Circoncision

Père Éternel, par les mains immaculées de Marie et le Divin Cœur de Jésus, je vous offre les premières Plaies, les premières douleurs et la première effusion du Sang versé par Jésus pour expier les péchés de l'homme, de la jeunesse, les miens, et pour le renoncement aux premiers péchés mortels, surtout dans ma parenté. Amen !
2. Sueur de sang

Père Éternel, par les mains immaculées de Marie et le Divin Cœur de Jésus, je vous offre les douleurs horribles du Cœur de Jésus au Jardin des Oliviers, et chaque goutte de sa sueur de Sang pour expier tous les péchés de Cœur, les miens, pour le renoncement à de tels péchés et pour l'accroissement de l'amour de Dieu et du prochain. Amen !

Père Éternel, par les mains immaculées de Marie et le Divin Cœur de Jésus, je vous offre les milliers de plaies, les douleurs cruelles et le Précieux Sang de Jésus lors de sa Flagellation, pour tous les péchés de la chair, les miens, pour le renoncement à de tels péchés et pour la conservation de l'innocence, en particulier dans ma parenté. Amen !

Père Éternel, par les mains immaculées de Marie et le Divin Cœur de Jésus, je vous offre les Plaies, les douleurs et le Précieux Sang de la Tête sainte de Jésus lors de son Couronnement d'épines, pour expier tous les péchés d'esprit de l'homme, les miens, pour le renoncement à de tels péchés et pour l'extension du Règne du Christ sur la terre. Amen !
5. Portement de la Croix

Père Éternel, par les mains immaculées de Marie et le Divin Cœur de Jésus, je vous offre les douleurs de Jésus sur le Chemin de Croix, surtout sa sainte Plaie de l'épaule, le Précieux Sang, pour alléger le poids de la Croix, mes murmures contre les saintes ordonnances, tous les péchés commis, pour le renoncement à de tels péchés et pour un véritable amour de la Sainte Croix. Amen !

The Divine Savior revealed to Saint Bridget promised: "Know that I will give to those who recite, for twelve years, seven Our Fathers and seven Hail Marys and the following prayers in honor of my Precious Blood, the five following graces:
- 1. They will not go to Purgatory.

Pope Innocent X confirmed this revelation and added that the souls who perform it free, every Good Friday, a soul in Purgatory.
