It then help you cope up with it (remember the 'count to 10 before reacting' ?) using digital media involving Music, Images, Quotes and also let you see how many seconds you are successfully spending in cooling down the emotion before reacting.
Let Go Anger reminds you that it is you who are in charge of the situation, since only you can choose the reaction to the emotion of Anger. You can let the app save your reaction (in one click) so that it can later help you by giving you quantifiable feedback towards measuring your progress!
Being a smartphone app, it provides you all sorts of charts and statistics on the emotion and your reactions towards it, including their patterns and trends. Lot more charts are soon to be added!
