Lisan PT3 BM direka khusus untuk memudahkan guru-guru sekolah membuat persediaan bagi menghadapi Pentaksiran 3 Bahasa Melayu Lisan ( Ujian Bertutur dan Mendengar ). Tujuan alat bantu mengajar ini adalah untuk membantu murid-murid menguasai kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur dengan berkesan supaya mereka dapat memperoleh keputusan yang cemerlang dalam pentaksiran tersebut.
Alat bantu mengajar ini dilengkapi pelbagai praktis yang dapat membantu murid membuat latihan yang secukupnya sebelum menduduki Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3.
