Com partida e chegada no Alto do Parque Eduardo VII, junto à bandeira nacional, a Lisbon Eco Marathon é a única Maratona disputada, do início ao fim, na cidade de Lisboa.
O percurso desenvolve-se em pleno pulmão da capital - Monsanto, percorrendo estradas alcatroadas, ciclovias e estradões florestais.
Além da Maratona, existirá uma Meia-Maratona e uma Mini-Maratona (12 Km).
