Since 2002, Kevin Hunter has published an index to the Little League rulebooks. This application is a mobile version of the 2016 printed index available through LLUmpires.com. Search the index by keyword or phrase, and obtain a list of the rule(s) and/or regulation(s) that pertain to that particular situation.
