From Android 8.0 Oreo notes can not be displayed on the lock screen due to Android OS specification changes. Instead it will display a note as a notification.
If you enter a note to launch the app, note will appear on the lock screen.
Note that is displayed on the lock screen, you can choose to hide by shake from side to side the terminal.
You can also be unlocked on the screen as it is displayed is note.
