Prostřednictvím M2.C HELP můžete současně odeslat textovou zprávu, fotografii a údaj o vaší aktuální poloze. Stažení mobilní aplikace M2.C HELP a komunikace je zdarma.

DISPEČINK NEHODOVÁ SLUŽBA = tzv. Car accident tlačítko“. Stala se vám autonehoda? Nacházíte se v situaci, kdy je třeba při nehodě pomoci? Prostřednictvím této funkce můžete situaci velmi rychle
řešit.
Služba dispečinku je v provozu 24 hodin denně, po celou dobu jsou vám v nesnázích k dispozici odborně vyškolení dispečeři, kteří vám pomohou celou situaci rychle a efektivně řešit. Dispečink NEHODOVÁ
SLUŽBA zajistí okamžité přistavení náhradního vozu až po opravu a vyřízení situace s pojišťovnou.
Dispečink NEHODOVÁ SLUŽBA „ Služby při dopravní nehodě“: je určena všem, kteří potřebují okamžitě řešit dopravní nehodu (zaviněnou / nezaviněnou). Dispečink NEHODOVOVÉ SLUŽBY funguje 24 hodin
denně na území celé České republiky, proto je možné její služby využít kdykoliv a kdekoliv.
Při řešení těchto situací pomocí aplikace M2.C HELP, máte na výběr ze dvou možností.
Můžete si zvolit tlačítko „ODESLAT“, kdy dispečer ihned uvidí, kde se nacházíte a situaci s vámi začne neprodleně řešit.
Ve druhém případě můžete pro komunikaci zvolit tlačítko „UPŘESNIT POŽADAVEK“. V tomto případě okamžitě pořídíte fotodokumentaci situace a informace odešlete na dispečink s popisem. Na základě toho
dispečer situaci vyhodnotí a nabídne vám okamžité bezplatné řešení. Komunikace prostřednictvím aplikace je bezplatná (bez rozdílu formy SMS / telefonická). Tato aplikace funguje také v zahraničí,
