MaaS360 Remote Control for Samsung is a module for MaaS360 MDM for Samsung. This add-on allows your IT help desk to sign into your device and remotely help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Permission must be given to IT before they are able to control your device.
Requires MaaS360 MDM for Samsung and an account with MaaS360.
How to install MaaS360 Remote Control APK for Android [menu]
Download MaaS360 Remote Control APK file (com.fiberlink.maas360.android.samsungRemoteControl_5250008_1570024.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
