A unique camera app which you want i.e. "Make Me Cartoon" for fun with friends.
Now create your own comic characters by choosing any of your friend's pic from gallery or camera and change it in a self styled cartoon.
Photo Editor is also built-in within this app, which includes many useful and quick manipulations of your photos, such as drawing, saturation adjustment, filter effects, etc.
