「MAKETIME!」は、長野県川上村の女性の声から生まれた、主に女性の家庭内労働を軽減させることにより自己実現時間を創造するシェアリングエコノミーシステム （地域内の相互扶助の仕組だ）です。
「川上村在住の女性の方々の自己実現時間を創造し、もっともっとイキイキと輝けるように。」
そんな想いで、「MIKETIME!」（メイク゠イム！）の構想は生まれました。
川上村は、「やりたいことはあっても、堙しくてそれどころじゃない」という村の女性の方々の声を基に、地域に根付いている助け合いの精神を現代風にアレンジし、スマートフォンで簡単に依頼したり支援したり出来る仕組だを始めます。
