CitySense tiene como objetivo generar nuevas experiencias participativas de los usuarios en la ciudad de Málaga.
CitySense permite al usuario actuar como sensor, permitiéndole colaborar activamente con la Ciudad en la generación de datos abiertos, a través de la lectura de los sensores de los Smartphones en los que sea instalada la aplicación, enviándolos a la ciudad de forma anónima y segura.
Citysense informa en tiempo real de los datos pertenecientes la plataforma de Datos Abiertos de la Ciudad de Málaga, permitiendo disponer en tiempo real de información de interés en la ciudad.
El ocio tiene un papel muy importante en el proyecto, disponiendo a través del App de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad, interactuando con sensores instalados por la ciudad, siendo Málaga pionera del uso de esta tecnología en entornos urbanos.
