Premium version Sends preset emergency sms text messages to emergency contacts saved in settings. (doesn't use airtime on your phone). So if emergency occurs when you have no airtime, you still get to communicate situation.
Posts preset emergency message to Facebook wall if enabled in settings.
Tweets preset emergency message to twitter followers, if feature enabled in settings.
The premium version also comes with a pre recorded voice message to your saved emergency contacts, as phone calls. This allows speedy notification of emergency situations than mere text messages.
