This is a bug fix. The new UI explanation message for existing users was omitted in last release causing issues when accessing previous data. This only affects existing user that did not previously have Family Members defined. Family Member is now required but a compatibility mode (LIST ALL) is available. The message comes up on first launch.

A patient has no ready access to this information and providers do not have a complete medical history of a patient at an encounter.
The Medication List and Medical Records smartphone application allows a patient to keep their own set of relevant medical information on their phone for easy access and sharing.
