Includes options for custom alert sound, to ignore the phone's Silent Mode (will turn on the volume and alert you) and a persistent alarm that will only go away when you acknowledge it.
PERMISSIONS:
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: to restore alarms when restarting
WAKE_LOCK: Wake phone to show alarms
VIBRATE: Vibrate phone with alarm
WRITE_SETTINGS: Write alarms to phone
DISABLE_KEYGUARD: To show alarm when phone is locked

How to install MedsTime! APK for Android [menu]
Download MedsTime! APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
