Meeting moderator helps manage (plan and run) a meeting, presentation, a day schedule or any other activity that is limited in time and can be divided into tasks.
The meeting moderator tool is much more than time keeper. It will alert you when task is finished, but it will do more than that, it will reschedule all other tasks to fit in the time left in the meeting! A free version exist as well “Meeting Moderator light”.
In the app the “meeting” (or a schedule) is represented by a ring with a circle in the middle.
The two main modes in the app are editing and running. In editing mode one can create a meeting, create and edit tasks, and publish the itinerary, whilst running mode will be used to do the actual
moderating of the meeting.
Meeting can be added or deleted quickly using a toolbar, and a meeting can be search in the database, add to a calendar, share with other or the schedule of it send as an email attachment which can
be open by the meeting moderator.
A free version exist called Meeting Moderator Lite.
