One by MetLife Nepal application allows customers to check their policy details, benefit details, payment due dates, and more in the application, as well as make policy changes and premium payments.
In addition, we have introduced a new feature, 360Health, available to both our customers as well as non-customers, to provide access to health and wellness services like Call an Ambulance, At-Home Medical Test Service, Visit a Doctor Appointment Booking Service, General Doctor Tele-Consultation Service, Home Medicine Delivery, and Health Risk Assessment.
