기존 HelpCom (http://www.hc119.com) 에서 사용하는 방식그대로 사용가능합니다.

[사용목적]
- 고객의 폰화면을 실시간으로 공유를 받아 화면 제어을 할수 있는 App 입니다.

저희 앱은 아래 접근 권한이 필요합니다.

- 삼성 하드웨어 제어권한
- 삼성 디바이스 관리자권한
- 삼성 원격 제어 권한
- 삼성 KNOX 라이센스 권한

- 핸드폰 정보 읽기 권한
- WIFI 접근 권한
- WIFI 상태변경 권한
- 인터넷 접근 권한
- 저장소 읽기 권한
- 저장소 쓰기 권한

이 앱은 기기 관리자 권한을 사용합니다.
