Mi Cuenta te permite realizar gestiones sobre tus líneas de teléfono a través de tu Android. No requiere usuario y contraseña; ingresando tu número de teléfono y Nro de documento, accede a toda la información:
- Conocé el importe y fecha de vencimiento de tus facturas impagas
- Accede a las formas y lugares de pago más convenientes
- Visualizá la Primera hoja de tu factura en formato PDF
- Descargá tu cupón de pago
- Descarga tu factura completa y consultá tu historial de facturación
- Accede al foro para resolver todas tus consultas acerca de las líneas ó conexión a internet.
- Realizá una revisión técnica Online sobre tu línea.
- Consultá sobre el estado de tu reclamo ingresando el número de teléfono
Si sos cliente Movistar, también podrás gestionar tus líneas.
La aplicación se encuentra disponible para usuarios con planes correspondiente al segmento Hogares, funcionando con conexión de datos o WIFI.
La aplicación no tiene costo. Su descarga y uso aplican tarifas de datos según plan del cliente, si ingresas usando red de datos (2G, 3G y 4G).
Tené en cuenta que si utilizas la aplicación desde el extranjero, se aplicarán los costos por el acceso a red de datos en Roaming que correspondan al país en el que te encuentres. En este caso, te recomendamos que te conectes por WIFI para evitar costos adicionales.
