You can access this application from Settings and also from Application drawer.

Allow user to backup contacts, SMS, call logs, Whatsapp data, Application to Micromax cloud and restore them to another Micromax application. It uses M! Account for credentials management.
The application is already built in many Micromax devices and you can find the application under Settings > Micromax cloud backup.
How to install Micromax Backup & restore APK for Android [menu]
Download Micromax Backup & restore APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
