The device uses BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology to connect. The app needs to use BLE scanning to find the device. Location Service:
Recently, we found that on some mobile phones, even with location permission, if the location service is not turned on, BLE scanning still does not work. So try to enable the location service on your phone if you have the similar issue.
