This application gives you more control over your monthly free-minute limit. You may add a widget to your desktop and observe your usage of minutes.
By default, Minutes Watchdog counts only used minutes, but you can enable SMS option. With SMS enabled it will count SMS messages as well (one minute can be used as more than one SMS message).
