This is an add-on (Archiver) for the MiXplorer file manager and it won't be visible in your launcher. It can be uninstalled from Android or MiXplorer settings.
For using this add-on, you need to install Standard or Beta version of MiXplorer file manager v6.57.6+.
The Silver version doesn't need this add-on. You can download it from here:

Supported formats:
Packing/unpacking: 7z, XZ, BZIP2, GZIP, TAR, ZIPX, WIM, Lizard, LZ4, LZ5, Zstandard.
Unpacking only: AR, ARJ, CAB, CHM, CPIO, CramFS, DMG, EXT, FAT, GPT, HFS, IHEX, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MBR, MSI, NSIS, NTFS, QCOW2, RAR, RPM, SquashFS, UDF, UEFI, VDI, VHD, VMDK, XAR and Z.
How to install MiX Archive (MiXplorer Addon) APK for Android [menu]
Download MiX Archive (MiXplorer Addon) APK file (com.mixplorer.addon.archive_2308290_1106105.zip) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
