This is Snowball Pearl Addon MineCract PE Mod (also known as a mod) turns the snowball into something more like an ender pearl. It lets you throw the snowball and then be teleported to wherever it lands. This will work for all operating systems (iOS, Windows 10 Edition, Android) as soon 0.16.0 is available for either of those systems.
