Monitoring focuses on providing conference call and email activity summaries with integrations into Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Information is provided in clean and easy-to-read graphs at the team and individual level.
Motiv allows remote organizations and their leaders to navigate a decentralized workforce while addressing potential privacy and spying concerns. It does not access the actual activities' content, does not track the actual devices, or requires plug-ins or installing anything on company computers.
