MP3 Editor & Tone Cutter support many type of audio files include mp3, wav, 3gpp, 3gp, amr, aac, m4a, ogg.
You can make your own notification sound, alarm sound and ringtone sound fast and easy with this app. You can even record a live audio with sound recorder then this mp3 editor can cut or trim this sound.

2. READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS: to assign ringtone to contact.
3. WRITE_SETTINGS: to set default ringtone.
4. RECORD_AUDIO: to record audio.
