El jugador debe ir comiendo puntos y esquivar fantasmas (que al contacto con uno, se pierden vidas). Los puntos que permiten revertir a los fantasmas hacen que éstos caminen en la dirección contraria y entreguen puntos extra (200, 400, 800 y 1600 puntos si se atrapan todos los fantasmas antes de que vuelvan a la normalidad). Los puntos extra de las frutas permiten pasar de nivel. A medida que se incrementa el nivel, se incrementa la dificultad.
