Tamarkoz practice has five key techniques:

2. We offer In-App Purchases within the Tamarkoz App with the selection of Monthly and yearly subscription.
3. Tamarkoz App offers a Premium auto-renewing monthly subscription at $5.99/month and yearly at $39.99 to provide unlimited access with an active subscription. Tamarkoz App also offers a Founding Benefactor auto-renewing monthly subscription at $9.99/month. This subscription provides the same full access to all exercises provided by Premium and is available at a higher rate for those who want to support our organization and further the development of the app.
4. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
5. The subscriptions are automatically renewed unless turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
6. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal is as noted in number 3 above.
