جاء برنامج الحكومة الإلكترونية في إطار رؤية ملكية سامية تهدف إلى تحسين الأداء الحكومي من ناحية تقديم الخدمة وكفاءة الأداء، وعليه تقوم الهيئة بتوفير عدد من الخدمات من خلال هذا التطبيق.
يحتوي التطبيق على الخدمات التالية:
- احتساب فاتورة المياه
- خدمة الاستعلام عن فواتير المياه
- خدمة الاستعلام عن حالة العداد
- طلب تركيب عداد مياه
- طلب ربط بالصرف الصحي
- تبليغ عن شكوى او سرقة مياه
- مكاتب خدمات الجمهور
- ارشادات توفير المياه
- اخبار الوزارة
