You can now access all the tools, resources and management reporting information you need within your business and see the progress of your live requests, whilst at the same time have instant access to account management teams and customer support departments at the touch of a button.
My Kingdom provides one central point to access all the information you need including service contracts, invoices & statements, policies & procedures, accreditation and insurance updates, service KPIs, audits and contract MI. There is also access to interactive tools such as instant messaging, service requests and push notifications for critical updates.
