Apply Shapes to you images available from the below list,
1.Circle
2.Heart
3.Flower
4.Star Round
5.Special Star
Select The Text Image like names or places with the below features
1.Text Color
2.Border Color
3.Border Size
4.Multiple Styles fo Fonts.
Now you are ready with the images that animates on screen.
Still you can select the background for these two images.
Finally you can preview it.
IF you like it add it as Wall paper.. or else edit ti as you like again and save settings
