My Pregnancy Guider is a time and health management application developed for expectant women to help them through their pregnancy period. This app shares information about what changes to expect in your body during different stages of pregnancy along with baby’s development. A food and exercise guide is provided to help women with their diet during pregnancy.
My Pregnancy Guider has following features in it:
1. Date Calculator:
Input your expected delivery date to manage the pregnancy cycle.
2. Weight Calculator:
Weight calculator will help you judge your weight for every week during the 9 months of pregnancy.
3. Exercises:
Different exercises to help keeping up in shape and movement in motor joints during pregnancy.
4. Diet:
A diet chart carrying information about food edible during pregnancy and which food is not allowed or harmful for baby is given.
5. Symptoms:
Symptoms that help in determining pregnancy are listed in this section. Educate yourself about what changes to expect in your body during each trimester and what symptoms should be careful about.
6. Tips:
Different tips are shared for women to follow a healthy pregnancy.
7. Calendar:
A calendar is provided to keep up your doctor’s appointment dates, record important test dates and symptoms that you feel to consult with the doctor along with the treatment you took. This will help you greatly in keeping record of your health and medication in case any emergency arises.
8. Doctors Info:
In this section, you can save your personal gynecologist and obstetrician contact information to help in time of emergency.
