The app can be used to automatically send heart device information to your clinic - wherever you go. Cellular and Wi-Fi availability applies. To get started, contact your doctor to confirm your enrollment in the Medtronic CareLink™ network.

The MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app has requirements for your phone or tablet and operating system (OS) version. The app cannot transfer data between your heart device and the Medtronic CareLink™ network if those requirements are not met.

Download MyCareLink Heart™ APK file (com.medtronic.crhf.mclh_20970_109211373.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
