Aplikasi myCEISA menyediakan fasilitas SSO2 Sign In, Informasi Pegawai, Profil DJBC, Browse Pegawai, Tracking Cukai, LHP CK5, Tracking Pabean, Tracking Manifest dan Tracking TPB.
Semua fitur hanya dapat diperoleh oleh pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai yang sudah memiliki user SSO dan aktivasi di Portal Intranet.
