The tribes may offer members rewards in the form of Q-Doughs for achieving these goals. Q-Doughs are the myTribez scoring system. The more Q-Doughs you earn, the more you have contributed towards the group goals or value system. You may exchange your Q-doughs for rewards offered by the tribe.
