This is an exercise and workout app for National Health and Fitness Day produced by the Fitness Industry Council of Canada.
It contains workouts to be done on the day of June 1st, along with the exercises for those workouts. It also has a free pass, where users can find participating facilities and redeem the free pass on June 1st.
