Navarra Cultural es un proyecto especializado en cultura porque creemos que la participación cultural es un pilar básico para una sociedad más cívica, cohesionada e igualitaria. También creemos en la participación social, por ello, queremos acercar la cultura a los nuevos medios sociales de comunicación.
