The App keeps you connected to your Need For Speed™ Rivals game on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS4 and Xbox One at all times.
You must have Purchased Need for Speed™ Rivals on Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One or PC to get the full Experience of this Companion App - It is not a standalone game.
To access Need for Speed™ Network make sure you have played Need for Speed™ Rivals Online and ensure you complete both the Cop and the Racer tutorials. Now you can log into Need for Speed™ Network
