When you open the app, you will also see a variety of tools including medication tracker, daily moods tracker and symptom tracker which allow you to build your health story. You can use the app to find information on free/low-cost clinics, drug coupon cards and information on patient assistance programs. The My Storylines feature allows you to learn more about your health, and to share more - safely and securely - with your doctor about what happened between visits.

You can customize your app with several self-care tools such as:
