This is not a standalone application. Neo Pack widgets require the KWGT PRO application (not the free version of this application).
What do you need:

A customizable launcher preferably Nova Launcher
How to install:
- Download the application Neo KWGT pack and KWGT PRO
- Press and hold the home screen and select the Widget
- Choose Widget KWGT
- Touch the widget and choose Neo KWGT pack installed.
- Choose the widget you like.
- Enjoy!

Download Neo Widgets for KWGT APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
